Bridge Deck Slab

Short span bridge units for HA or A.A.S.H.T.O. loading on spans up to 25 ft. are handled with 8" to 12" thick Bridge Deck Slabs which have shear keys and side weld plates to transmit transverse shear. 

Channel Beam

Medium span bridge units from 25 feet to 50 feet are handled with standard A.A.S.H.T.O. Channel Units 36" x 26" deep.

A.A.S.H.T.O. Type III or Type IV

Longer span units from 50 to 100 feet are A.A.S.H.T.O. Type III or Type IV Prestressed Concrete Bridge Girders.  These are often used with precast/prestressed deck slabs and a composite concrete deck cast in place.

Piles

• Standard A.A.S.H.T.O. 20" & 24" hollow and solid Octagonal piles are produced in length up to 100 feet for Marine Structural and Bridge Piers.
  

• Standard A.A.S.H.T.O. 12" solid Octagonal, square and circular piles are produced in length up to 70 feet for load capacity of 50 Tons.
  

• Standard A.A.S.H.T.O. 16" solid Octagonal, square and circular piles are produced in length up to 90 feet for load capacity of 75 Tons.
