PRES-T-CON -- a name synonymous with pride and excellence.

The company was founded in 1966, under Pioneer Status to manufacture Prestressed Concrete products for the construction industry. During the past thirty years, we have supplied projects in the eastern Caribbean from Cayenne in the south, to the Bahamas in the north – from Barbados in the East to Aruba in the west.

With over 200 workmen operating from our 20 acre manufacturing facility in Arima, Trinidad, we serve clients from around the globe. From our initial single product line, we now use over 10,000 feet of steel formed stressing beds to manufacture over 24 different Prestressed Concrete members. Large bridge girders have been manufactured with a prestress force of over 1.5 million pounds in each beam.

Our reputation for quality workmanship has spread and is acknowledged throughout the industry. With new products, manufacturing innovations, and equipment, we continue to expand. Serving engineers and architects as far afield as Tel Aviv, Paris, Munich, London, Houston, Vancouver and Tokyo, PRES-T-CON has become a truly vibrant, internationally established firm.

With a production capacity of over 5,000 cubic yards of concrete per month, and a 50% export rate, PRES-T-CON can handle any sized project in the Caribbean or northern South America. The company maintains its own fleet of delivery trailers, erection cranes and pile driving rigs. Quality high strength concrete is assured by the use of our own aggregate and readymix Batching facilities, and concrete testing laboratory.
